The Neroche Parish Villages of Bickenhall, Curland, Orchard Portman, Thurlbear and Staple Fitzpaine lie in rural Somerset, between the Blackdown Hills and Taunton, in the area covered by Neroche Parish Council

We would like the new website to be as useful as possible for all residents.  Local clubs, societies, action groups and churches are listed and there is a link to Neroche Hall, our village hall.   We will use the site to advertise their coming events.  The lanes, footpaths, bridleways and the forests are ideal for activities for all the family so use the site to find local walking and equine groups and businesses.  Links to the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Neroche Project provide further recreational and educational information

The site is also the official web site for Neroche Parish Council, which is the local council for the parishes of Bickenhall, Curland, Orchard Portman with Thurlbear and Staple Fitzpaine.
